Effective September 2021, the accounting firm ‘Sullivan & Co.’ will become ‘Krishnan & Sullivan, LLP’. With this change, Michael Sullivan, CPA CA is retiring from managing the firm, and Hari Krishnan, CPA CA will assume management and client responsibility. Michael will continue in the firm to assist Hari in transitioning clients and operations.
This year is the 25th year that Michael has operated the firm, and after much consideration and for various reasons, he has decided that this was the right time to retire.
Great care was taken in finding the right professional. The overall criteria in making this decision were to ensure the best fit for the clients and staff. To this end, it is with excitement that we are introducing Hari Krishnan.
Hari has worked in both large accounting firms and small firms. He is a Chartered Accountant, who for the first five years in public accounting worked in assurance engagements and tax services, and for the past five years he specialized in tax, most recently as a tax manager in a mid-size accounting firm.
With large firm experience, he knows the high standards that those firms work by, and with small firm experience, he understands the needs and priorities of owner-managed clients. Being an income tax specialist, he will be able to assist you with the increasingly complex legislative tax changes.
In between completing his university accounting degree and articling in an accounting firm, Hari worked in an owner-managed automotive service business, gaining the experience in operating a small business.
With his varied and specialized experience and knowledge, Hari is the ideal fit for the firm. On a personal level, Hari is married and the father of two young children.Be assured that Michael and Hari will work together to ensure that your specific needs are not only met but exceeded. That is a priority. The same excellent firm staff will continue to assist you as in the past
Please feel free to contact either one of us if you have any questions Phone 647-297-9252 . Hari will contact you shortly to introduce himself (if this has not already been done).
